Once You Place an Order

-Once your order has been placed you will receive a email verifying purchase. If your order is a custom order I will email you within 24 hours of purchase to verifying your custom choices. Each item is handmade at time of order. Once I have received your order it takes 7 to 10 business days to create. Once I have completed your order I will message you your shipping date.

-Once your order has shipped you will receive an email that your order has shipped. 

Custom Orders

-Once a custom order is placed you will receive a email verifying your order. I will then email you within 24 hours to let you know I’ve received your order, verify information is correct and when I will begin working on your order.

-Custom orders take 7 to 10 business days. 

-Due to the nature of custom orders they can not be returned.

Shipping

  • All items are shipped within 7 to 10 business days of when order is received, each item is handmade at time of order.
  • Made to Order items ship within 7 to 10 business days of when order is received.
  • All order ship through the United States Postal Service
  • Once your order is delivered to the post office it is estimated to arrive to you within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Packages will be shipped to the address you provide, I do not give refunds for inaccurate address
  • If you have received the wrong item or your order is damaged in shipping please contact me and I will be more than happy to work with you to resolve the issue
  • If your package is marked delivered and you do not receive it within 3 days please contact me so we can work together to solve the issue.

Returns

I know once your package arrives you will be extremely excited to untie the ribbon and unwrap your wonderful handiwork. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let me know asap so we can work together to make everything perfect. 

  • I accept returns and exchanges on non-custom orders (no personalization on the item such as a name or date)
  • I do except returns on items that the color was chosen by the customer
  • I do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless the fault is mine
  • I accept returns up to 14 days after delivery
  • Buyers are responsible for shipping cost of return
  • Please contact me before you return your item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damage by customer is not a reason for return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

I do not accept returns on custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) unless I have made the mistake.

How Each Sign is Made

-Each sign is a process that takes time. Each sign is an individual piece that you have chosen for me to create, love and passion is put into each piece.

-I choose the wood, I sand, stain, use my CNC to carve your sign, hand paint it and put a protective finish on it. Each piece is a process that is not rushed and takes time.

-If you purchase a custom order, once I’m finished with your sign, I’ll send a confirmation email that your package has been dropped off at the post office.
